Title: Regenerate

If I cast a spell that gives regenerate to a creature and then  {Turn // Burn} is fused after regenerate on stack. Would the creature be saved?

Yep, the "regeneration shield" will go on the stack and save the creature. And here's a ruling for you, showing that it affects the permanent itself, whether or not it loses abilities or changes names, etc.

701.12a: If the effect of a resolving spell or ability regenerates a permanent, it creates a replacement effect that protects the permanent the next time it would be destroyed this turn. In this case, "Regenerate [permanent]" means "The next time [permanent] would be destroyed this turn, instead remove all damage marked on it and tap it. If it's an attacking or blocking creature, remove it from combat."

However if regenerate is still on the stack then too bad for that creature, the sheild is not up yet.

Right you have to activate it either before its dealt lethal damage by a creature, on the orher hand cast it after a spell is cast that would destroy it.

Once the regeneration shield is on, even if you turn it that effect will still be in place and protect it.

Even if the creature wouldn't die, could you use regenerate to remove it from combat like that one soldier?

It is only removed from combat if the regeneration shield "breaks", which means that regenerating a creature does nothing immediately, only put a replacement effect for the next time state based actions say it would be destroyed

I think he's asking if turn//burn is cast before regenerate resolves. Kind of like this:
Cast an X = 4 {fireball} on opponent's {giant spider}
Opponent responds with {regenerate}
Respond with {turn // burn}

Yea last in first out, turn burn will burn the weird spider away, then regenerate has nothing to regenerate, then fireball has nothing to blast on.

So basically regenerate is an ability that stops your creature from taking its next lethal damage?

No the next time it would be destroyed for any reason (sacrificing is different) instead it is tapped and removed from combat
