Not very well. It is too inconsistent. You need less cards and more copies to synergize better.

I would run with 24 lands personally, 26 seems a bit too much considering the average Cmc of your spells

I think what he's saying here is play with this and see which cards preform better and fit the play style of your liking. Then make playsets (4 copy's) to make it run more consistent. Think of it like this.
A card that you run 4 of you will see every game.
A card you run 3 of you're likely to see.
A card you run 2 of you might see
A card you run 1 of you might not see.

Hope this helps!

Good colors to choose for your first deck! ;)
Like the guy above me said, see which cards you like the most, then try to build a deck with those cards. I would recommend getting some cards like  {Selesnya Charm}  {Farseek}  and {Rancor}. These are decently cheap cards that work really well with these colors. Hope that helps!

Ignore my Selesnya charm comment, but I would recommend more of them :p

I would lose a few Basics for at least 2 {Grove of the Guardian} 2 {Gavony Township}.Also, some good cards to consider are  {Parallel Lives},{Intangible Virtue},and{Collective Blessing}.These would really help the deck.

When I started I bought an intro deck so I would have multiple copies of decent cards in the colors I wanted then modified it as I got more cards
