Yup. Waaaay too overpowering...lol...it makes sense that its banned...

Yeah it works solid and picks them apart fast. You get rid of a few of their lands to slow them down then exile the {Deadeye Navigator} and have him come back paired with, oh say {Primeval Titan} for a turn, then bounce him back to the slime, then you get rid of the rest of their lands. Just make sure they don't flip the table over on you.
Yeah I can see that getting ugly haha
{Primeval Titan}+{Amulet of Vigor}+{Deadeye Navigator} = PULL ALL THE LANDS!!!

{Sylvan Primordial} for EDH works. Not as good at big daddy Prime-Time, obviously, but... The primordials are fun to flicker.
