It says exile target creature but can you use it as a revive outlet like  {Angel of Serenity}?
Wasnt in the  {Fiend Hunter} rulings.

As in can you target the GY? If so, then no. A creature is only a creature when on the battlefield. If you could target the GY it would say so.
