I suggest a couple lands that can give a {G}, namely {Overgrown Tomb} and {Woodland Cemetary}. They help with reanimator, give more versatility with deathrites, and can help bump you up the last bits of life you will need vs aggro

On that note, if I'm splashing green, I'll be able to sideboard {Naturalize} to shut up {Witchbane Orb} :D

Instead of  {Naturalize} use  {Putrefy}, kills the orbs for you but can get those pesky creatures too for one more mana

I would just toss in 1 or 2 {blood crypt}s so you can get some use out of both sides of {breaking//entering}.

Your lilana can fetch you these {blood crypt}s, keep that in mind.

I suggest 1-3 {Blood Crypt}, so you can take full advantage of {Breaking // Entering}. It is always best to use your cards to their fullest potential. Since you have removal, stealing an opponent's creature with haste could swing the game. The crypts are fetchable with liliana, and since the deck is only two colors, I don't think it would hurt.
