I agree entirely, I personally would keep {ral zarek}
However if someone would do 2 shocklands and a nice card for voice(or something with awesome lasting value like that) id get the voice as flip it now, cuz neither ral nor voice i think has too much lasting value o.o
I say get the voice, sell it, then buy something else of more permanent value.
