There's no real evasion here and anything you cipher to will probably die quickly or be stopped from hitting the player.

I've done something similar before the only downfall I've only problem ice come across is holding cards like mind rot and duress in hand while they have no cards in hand, maybe some thought scours and maybe {Lazav, Dimir Mastermind}?
