My favorite counterspell is {Deprive} what is yours?
{Counterflux} :) strictly because of my buddies storm deck.

I'm with Kanga on this one. It's an additional cost, not an alternate cost. My favorite is probably {Undermine}.

Yes {Counterspell} is better but {Deprive} just is really cool to me for some reason i dont really know why its just a really cool spell
This quickly went from your favorite counter spell to best, I also love {Lost in the Mist}
For no reason in particular besides flavor, {Last Word} and for fair costed efficiency {Mana Leak}.
I like {Flusterstorm} a lot. Very conditional but lots of fun.

I love {Mana Tithe}. I think it is strictly better than {Force Spike} because no one expects a white counterspell.

Also, for those who are hatin on {deprive} it has its uses... You dont have any lands to play on your turn and your opponent casts an instant? {deprive} that instant and get a free untapped land! Hard counter for {U} all day.
Conditional but still, food for thought.
