Nope. Colorless does not count as a color at all. The five colors are White, Blue, Black, Red, and Green. Colorless in none of these, and thus does not count as a color for any abilities/spells/effects that deal with color(s).

And as for a ruling, here you go:

105.2c A colorless object has no color.

Then I think you should ask them what the difference is between Karn and {Child of Alara}. One is five colors, the other has no colors, and Wizards did their best to make it very distinct ;)

Colorless rules can be confusing at times, but Wizards usually follows decent logic with their terms. Color-less; without color. Colorless doesn't mean colorful, after all!
