Just want to confirm my thoughts. I have a creature controlled by my opponent, then say a {Wrath of God} is cast. After it is resolved, I cast {Faith's Reward}. I believe that controlled creature come back to battlefield under my control right?
It would not, I'm afraid. When a permanent hits the graveyard, or any spell does, it goes to its owner's graveyard, not the person who controlled it at the time. When you destroy an opponent's creature that you control, it wouldn't go to your graveyard, so you wouldn't get it back.
And of course, your ruling:
400.3. If an object would go to any library, graveyard, or hand other than its owner's, it goes to its owner's corresponding zone.
Im not sure but i think you have it backwards. It sounds like his opponent is controlling a creature of his
Good catch! In that case, yes, he would get his creature back because it does go to his graveyard.

Whoops! Yeah, you are correct. I misread; you would get your creature back. Sorry about that!
Thanks for the confirm! I do not have it but came across it during gatherer's random card. It's resolved ;)
