Post by: IntoFire on May 08, 2013, 07:31:36 AM
Are there any people on these forums that live in the Philippines?

Play Magic the Gathering Online. Billion times cheaper the paper magic (besides playable mythics) and you can get games at all hours.

I was up particularly late last night (about 3AM EST) playing. It's great for testing.

Tried to get my cousins there into it - said I send them some cards

They prefer PS3 and NBA.

I've been debating playing online, just don't want to start my collection all over.  Is there a way to get your current deck online without buy the cards all over again?

You can sell cards to CapeFearGames.com, get credit for MTGOTraders.com and buy stuff on there. Rares are usually half the price or less, shock lands are about $2 or $3 compared to paper counterpart. Uncommons and Commons are practically worthless, you can get them for 3ยข.

The only thing that is more expensive are playable Mythics. They run almost twice as much as paper in some cases (like {Sphinx's Revelation}). But overall it is a much cheaper experience.

I'd play a game with you on the game wall if you want.
