I think you would be better off taking out te red and puttin in black. You don't have a lot of token producers but you have a lot of populate.  If you go black- sorin, lingering souls, advent of the worm, intangible virtue. Are all token standards.  Not to mention for lands you can use gavony and vault of the archangel.
Vault replaces that green death touch snake you got in there.  Hope this helps.
