I've looking around and I haven't been able to figure out how you actually do the trading. Do you need advanced trading? What are the steps?

You must exchange addresses and physically mail to each other on good faith

No, as in you send private messages to them on the forum, arrange the deal, then send out the cards dependent on who goes first.
