Can you use plainswalker affects on your turn and your opponents turn?
Planeswalker abilities are sorceries, they can only be activated on YOUR first and second main phase. Unless the ability says u can activate whenever

However, do not get confused with PLANESwalkers abilities being sorceries. They are not. They abilities that occur at sorcery speed. 😁
Once a turn, only on your turn. You can use it the turn they enter play.
Just started playing with these guys. How do u take out a planeswalker and can I block with a creature. Does the player declare atack on the planeswalker. Thanks.

A planeswalkers loyalty counters are also it's hit points. So you say I'm attacking your planeswalker with this, this and this creature. The planeswalkers controller can then block your creatures with theirs. However, you shoot a {Lightning Bolt} at the opponent and if it gets through un{redirect}ed or countered, you can then say 'put that damage on the planeswalker, please.'
So do I declare atack on the planeswalker like I do the player and can he block with a creature. Thanks.
