Is {lightmine field}'s damage done before or after my creatures attack
When attackers are declared. So anything that triggers when something attacks, I believe it will happen

Right. After attackers, but before Blockers.
So as soon as a declare attackers damage from the field is dealt to the attackers

Exactly. Declare attack-> {Lightmine Field} damage -> declare blockers
It works well against aggro weenie decks. Either kills 'em all before they deal damage or stops 'em comin completely!
