Sideboards must be exactly 15 cards. Also, {Elvish Visionary} isn't standard legal...

{Elvish Visionary} is legal it came out in magic 2013

I realize that, that is my sideboard though, as of right now the rest is filler. Not sure what to put in it.

I'll say this time and time again, with a deck pumping out mana like this try  {Akroma's Memorial}, it is such a game changer, if not almost always a game winner.

Want if you surge into a second it will be bad just 1 of is good

The problem of only 1 surge is that you will never see it. Getting some cards is better than none I guess. I usually use that theory and play 3.
