{far // away} {turn // burn}
I would lose the searing spears and 1 bonfire
What about the plains walkers?
I like the list. Is this something you have and are going to be playing with?
Might need more lands, mayb tryout AEtherling instead of bolas

This or more {Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius} or {Olivia Voldaren} also maybe to many counterspells?
I actually have all the cards and I want bolas to work, but it's just so hard to make grixis work. They don't really have any high value cards.
I love {Mercurial Chemister} he's really powerful and rather cheap to play. Plus he can create crazy draw power. He's one of my favorite cards.
I feel like it needs more win conditions. How about a {Griselbrand} for - 1 {Counterflux}? Or maybe 2-3 {Desecration Demon} where you can fit them.
{Tribute to Hunger} maybe?
I like Empathie's suggestion. Even if you don't want to cut bolas, I also recomend making some room for {Ætherling}. Perhaps cut one snapcaster mage, in case you realize that you draw too many late game when you would rather be casting a bomb instead of recasting burn, draw, discard, or removal. Don't get me wrong, snappy is great, running 4 gives you a lot of value. Just an idea.
I just really wan bolas.
Yeah that is true. So can grixis even be viable?

Very much so, you have the control aspect while keeping a consistent damage output. I never like playing grixis because it always goes to round 3.
I was thinking maybe {Shrieking Affliction},

That depends,are you playing discarder?
Well yeah that's true. Maybe some {Rakdos's Return}. :))

If your going to do that, might I suggest a {Liliana of the Dark Realms} for maximum efficiency? That is,if you want.
True. We need someone to make a deck.
Question, what do you want to keep?,what do you think you can live without?
I just love nicol bolas I'd love to keep him. Anything else will work.

I've played quite a few Grixis decks, they can be tough if you don't slap them hard before they get the mana base right. I actually played a super friends Grixis in California and laughed as he demolished me late game.
