This deck looks good, but I think it could be faster. If you drop 1-2 {Collective Blessing}, you can get more {Advent of the Worm}, which is nuts.
Also, {Voice of Resurgance} is pretty fantastic as well. You could drop {Champion of Lambholt} and {Wayfaring Temple} or a {Rancor} for them.
Your sideboard could include {Selesnya Charm}, {Rest in Piece}, {Fog}, more {Sigarda, Host of Herons}, that kind of stuff.
The deck looks good. Selesnya is looming on the horizon my friends.
I would drop 2 {Sigarda, Host of Herons} and 2 {Collective Blessing} and fill your set of {wayfaring temple} and add two more lands, this should help your curve as well!
