{curse of exhaustion} and {possibility storm}
Storm exiles the first spell casted curse says you can't cast the second spell off storm.

Who ever you cast the curse on just cant resolve spells anymore.
Ohh, this is probobly not to original, and also not mana cheep, but {Ruric Thar, the Unbowed} totaly works with {Possibility Storm}. Cast a spell? Ok, it likely wont do what you thought it would and take 12, unless you dont cast the second.
