Quote from: The Learner on April 30, 2013, 07:09:30 PMThere's a couple reasons. First off, it keeps your lands "safe" from land destruction effects (even after a wrath you can still recover pretty easily). Also, with cards like {Strip Mine} combined with {Azusa, Lost but Seeking}, you can get your land drop every turn, and constantly blow up the opponents lands. Strip Mine and Crucible is a pretty popular way of killing of opponents' utility and otherwise powerful land cards.
Thanks, can you guys tell me the point of {Crucible of Worlds} in these decks?
