Looking for any advice or criticism. Trying to keep it relatively budget (under $150).

Instead of  {Midnight Haunting} you could just play  {Lingering Souls} and 4 of the black white pain land which are like only 2 bucks

 {Caves of Koilos} or you could add  {Isolated Chapel} too

It isn't worth playing painlands in a life-gain deck, nor is it worth buying $50 of lands for $5 of cards. Also, {Midnight Haunting} is instant speed, so I can use it for surprise blockers. I thought about it before, but realized it wasn't very efficient, especially if I drew two {Isolated Chapel}.
