It may be just me but just because an enchant changes controllers doesn't mean it changes targets. Donate won't have any real affect

You're half right. He's saying donate the paradox haze, but paradox haze is an enchant player, therefor it has a target and changing controller won't affect who it's targeting. On a side note: there is nothing on paradox haze that says you have to target yourself.
