2 {Legion Loyalist}

2 {Krenko,Mob Boss}
2 {Arms Dealer}
1 {Slumbering Dragon}

2 {Goblin Rally}
2 {Krenko's Command}

Let me know what you guys think.I need some suggestions.I want to keep it standard though.

With such expensive mana costing cards in there, you will need to find some way of card draw or mana ramping. In standard mono red this is hard.
Artifacts are going to be your real only option unless you use {Infernal Plunge} at the expense of a creature.
But finding 4 cards in a deck, when you probably need to see at least 2 or 3 a game is going to be tricky.

If you can find room for  {Rakdos Keyrune} or  {Gruul Keyrune} they may help but again not ideal.

{Staff of Nin} costs 6 but it will help you hit your land drops for each turn (which is really what you need)

I would suggest not putting them in. If your having problems with such high casting costs adding more of them seems counter productive. But that's just my thought. I wish I could help more but mono red is the complete opposite of my realm of comfort. Sorry I can't help more >_<
