If this is Control I would recommend  {Restore Balance}.

 {Emeria, the Sky Ruin} makes no sense. You're only playing seven plains total, you'd have to draw ALL of them. That would take a really long time.

If you want I play  {Emeria, the Sky Ruin} I would suggest throwing away 4 {Islands} for 4{Hallowed Fountain} since it is both an {Island} and a {Plains} therefore giving you a better chance with the Sky Ruin.
