I'd guess {Jin gitaxis core auger}

On a quick glance, I think you would need stuff like {caged sun}, {reliquary tower}, {spellbook}, {laboratory maniac}, {extra planar lens}, etc. you need things to keep your cards, and you need to ramp so you can play fatties with that big of a general.

First off, I must say, I love Jin Gitaxias.

Unfortunately, everyone else despises him. He's going to be a huge target, so once you play him, you need to make sure he stays in play. Cards like  {Swiftfoot Boots} and {Lightning Greaves} will help keep him safe once he's in play.

Getting him in play is another issue. You'll need a pretty good amount of ramp. {Coalition Relic}, {Darksteel Ingot}, {Sol Ring}, {Gilded Lotus}, {Dreamstone Hedron}, and {Journeyor's Kite} can all help ramp up to Jin. Also, {Dreamscape Artist} is a decent mana ramp creature, and I strongly suggest {Terrain Generator} to help put those extra lands into play.

Now, you'll need to protect yourself while ramping. I see you have some counter spells, which is good, but I'd add a few more. {Hinder} and {Spell Crumple} are great for ticking away generals, so you don't have to worry about them! {Spin Into Myth} serves a similar purpose. {Forbid} deserves a mention as well.

Now, if something big does hit the field, you'll need to take care of it. {Capsize} is a great way to help clear the field, and {Brittle Effigy}, {Oblivion Stone}, and {Nevinyrral's Disk} are all good ways to keep the board clear. There's also slower options like {Argentum Armor} and {Spine of Ish Sah}.

And now, we have creatures! I'd try and take advantage of the big hand size you'll have, and {Aeon Chronicler} and {Psychosis Crawler} fit that role perfectly, with the crawler dishing out some serious life loss along the way. {Draining Whelk} is a cool card, and serves as protection as well. {Steel Hellkite} can serve as removal, and {Arcanis the Omnipotent} can give you great card advantage if Jin isn't in play. On the cheaper (mana cost) side, there's always {Enclave Cryptologist} to help get things rolling, and everyone loves {Solemn Simulacrum}. I've personally found {Sower of Temptation} to be a nasty card as well.

And it would probably do well to throw in some cards to make your hand an even bigger threat. {Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir} can be fun for cbat tricks, and slows down your opponent, and {Venser's Journal} can net you some great life gain. {Mind Over Matter} can help pitch lands if you start to draw more than you need, and can serve as combat lockdown or untapping mana sources if you need it.

Hopefully I didn't say any cards you already have in here (I'll go through and try to make sure), and hopefully you can pull a few cards from these suggestions to help you!

I'm that mana ramp, don't forget {mana vault}, and if your using artifact ramp, use {voltac key}.  A friend that little combo, and can get {sheroom the hedgemon} out on turn 3...

That deck annoys me...

Now Keyeto is right that everyone will hate you for playing Jin.  He is a commander screws everyone over.  So have fun being hated! ;)
But I like Jin so I wish you the best of luck.
