I just read in MaRo's article that they used to get a little silly when making cards...I actually miss the silly cards, even though I started playing around kamigawa, and so never saw them. Are there any silly cards in the recent years?

Cards with wierd effects, or stuff like {armadillo cloak} were they have a weird flavor to them

I'm in the process of making an EDH deck with nothing but silly effects. {Warp World}, {Scrambleverse}, {Mana Barbs}... I can't device for sure on my color scheme though. Red for sure, and I'm thinking blue for stuff like {Donate} + {Illusions of Grandeur}, {Hivemind}, {Mass Polymorph}, etc. I'm considering adding a little white and making {Zedruu the Greathearted} the commander and going donate-crazy.

First.. I must apologize, I gave you negative karma when trying to quote you, I think I fixed it. And I have found that a great (and somewhat silly) 5 colored commander is {cromat}. I have my deck list posted under cromat and friends

I'm looking at {Horde of Notions} now, focusing on GUR elementals with unending silly shenanigans and then playing dead elementals that have been tossed around the board from my graveyard. Hmm, must {ponder} this for a while.

Play all the pacts you can with {Hive Mind}. (Example: {Pact of Negation} and {Pact of the Titan})
{Clear a path}=silly, there is 3 defenders in dragon'z mase.
{maze's end}=silly.
XD hive mind with the pacts = Genious
{Ral Zarek} and his extra turn shenanigans are pretty hilarious when the opponent rrealizes you got him to 7😆
