Any comments/suggestions appreciated. I've made this deck in real life so would like to keep it cheap and thematic. I know adding 4 Thragtusks and Snapcasters would make it "better" but I'm not going to be able to do that :p
{Corpsejack Menace} and {Varolz, the Scar-Striped} (when DGM is released) to really abuse counters.
Also, {Thrull Parasite} for maximum advantage from {Mikaeus, the Unhallowed} and {Geralf's Messenger}.

I don't like {Ghoultree} with scavenge. I used to have {Unbreathing Horde} in this deck but never had enough creatures stay around in my graveyard to make it worth much.
Slither head is perfect for lotleth. Discard slither and then scav. Mangler just used for threat. Haste attack with 3/3 and 4/3 with maybe more to discard turn 3. I've never really used mangler for scavange
