Do creature tokens count as creatures when cards say things about creatures??!? Like for instance with {Murder} {Rogue's Passage} {Cathedral of War} {Gavony Township} {Pacifism} {Rancor} {Cathars' Crusade} {Collective Blessing}
They absolutely do! Anything that has to do with a creature will affect your creature tokens. Here's your ruling:
216.2. A token is subject to anything that affects permanents in general or that affects the token's card type or subtype. A token isn't a card (even if represented by a card that has a Magic back or that came from a Magic booster pack).
So all those effects would work on creature tokens??

Yep! They count as a creature type, and are treated as creatures.
Also, its good to keep in mind that a card will specify if it excludes creature tokens, like {Bridge From Below} does.
So how would the split card called allive//well from dragon's maze work??
You choose which part to cast, or pay cor both Alive and Well and cast them both as one spell. The effects take place from left to right, so you would get a 3/3 centaur, then gain 2 life for each creature you control (at least 1, since you just got the centaur).
What if you turned the card so the right side was on the left as you played it? Would it still resolve the same way?
No, the left to right order always the same. You can't "turn the card" and change it.
