I'd say drop some counters for some draw. I actually play a casual blue tron and I was running 4 {Counterspell}s, but I ended up getting caught with em in my hand when I needed an {Expedition Map} or something. You've got Karn and oblivion stone if something bad hits the field. Drawing into your tron pieces and big nasties is the important part.
Oh, and {Eye of Ugin}!
The counter {Condescend} has scry two And repeal has draw so does remand and thirst it such a great draw spell. These cards are the standard in the majority of blue tron lists I have seen.
This deck seems cheap too!!!
I think this is one of the cheapest in the format
