Id say drop an olivia and a sorin since you cannot have multiples on the field at a time

I agree with dropping 2x Olivia and 2x sorin
I would add in 2x {Bloodline Keeper}
And 2x {Markov Blademaster} as replacements
Blademaster is so bad. I'd rather a full set of Bloodline Keepers.
Lol if you say so. I've won so many games when blade master got out of control.
First time it hits (unblocked) it does 3 damage and returns home as a 3/3
Second time it hits for 7 and comes home as a 5/5
And that's before any buffs from the captain or a flipped bloodline.
Should totally make some room for {tragic slip} in there, perhaps drop 2 each of {victim of night} and {murder}.
I was thinking about Grixis Vamps. Cavern of Souls should do the trick for {Duskmantle Seer}
