The price doesn't matter if it is bad cards. Saying you want to trade a list of cards without giving the list is a bit suspicious, no? All we're asking for is a little bit of a positive attitude.
Bluntly, you have 9 posts and you had 0 karma, so people may not like trading with a newer member openly, and then you just call a good trader stupid for responding to your post. This is a public forum, people can post where they like if the topic isn't locked. Your offer will always be on the first page of the thread, as well.

I cant show you the pm's but after the first time posting looking for cavern, i got 15 pm's all with "DO YOU HAVE ANY OF MY NEED?????", then when i looked, they all had cards that i would never have. Now people get pissed when i say dont do that .poo..
That's how trading works though... You have something off their needed, they have something off yours, you trade. No one really wants to trade for things they don't need. Especially a ~$30 trade.

So we aren't supposed to look for cards we want? Because when I look through a trade binder IRL I look for things I want, then try to even up any gaps. That's how I work on here too, of course we look for what we need.

It kinda sounds like there are cards that you don't want to give up. I have a solution. Don't tell people you have them. And sometimes, you have to give up a card you may want to use later if the card your getting works better for what your doing
Post cards you have, or make offers

Calling people beggars because they want things off their needed is NOT the way to go. The whole point of a needed is to trade those for things that other people have. This is how trading works. They aren't beggars for wanting things of their needed. And saying that you're not going to trade people things off their needed is a poor way to go. We all receive offers we don't like or we cannot fulfill. If this happens, you could always tell them that you appreciate your offer but you can't accept it. You could try this approach and check if this changes the tendency of your karma... in case you're interested in changing it...

Well, he offered a logical and to some possibly fair trade and there's nothing wrong with that. We have no official enforced rules of how people wants to trade, really. The attitude needs to be worked on, obviously.

You seem to be logical guy so I want to point two things to you: it makes sense to lurk around and listen passively for as long as it takes to understand any community's rules. If you start talking too early the risk of offending people is not reduced. The other point is that karma come and go, no need to panic, go with the flow, calm down and it will rebuild.

The thread will not be deleted, just (hopefully) left alone. Deleting goes against the general "freedom of speech" that we encourage here, so it is frowned upon.
