If I control a forest and my opponent has forest walk can he attack my planewalkers and deal damage or can I block it

See rule 702.13

It explains how landwalk makes the creature unblockable. It is effectively an evasion ability. Whether it attacks you or your plainswalker. You can't block it if you have at least one of that type of land.
