I'm not sure because of the wording...
Do I sacrifice the card itself or do I sacrifice the tokens?
I just wanted to know if this is a 'one shot' thing, or if I can keep on making creatures...

It says "sacrifice it" right after naming the card ({Hellion Crucible}), so I'm afraid this is just a 'one shot' thing. You have to sacrifice the land as an activating cost...
