If I have a Primordial Hydra and I equip Ring of Kalonia on it at my next upkeep witch effect takes effect first the double counters on Primordial Hydra or add +1/+1 if the creature is green because both counter effects activate at the upkeep?
If two things trigger and both are in your control, you get to make the decision on order.
So in this case you could have {Ring of Kalonia} add a counter and the {Primordial Hydra} could then double his total.
