I don't think you will see enough land to constantly cast {hellrider}. I had a similar deck that ran 20 and I get stuck at 3 regularly. Fortunately, he was the only thing I had over 3 in my deck. Maybe take out {titanic growth} and add {giant growth}. The one mana for the extra +1/+1 isn't worth it in your current set up.

I think it looks like a pretty solid list. The deck really only needs two land to opperate. I like the fact {Uncanny Speed}, seems like a good card to have if you BTE into a {Lightning Mauler} on turn two, then cast another one drop turn three. Seems to make better use of the mana if you ask me. Have you thought {Reforge the Soul} instead of dangerous wager?
