Seems fairly solid, any problems with it?

I don't think aristocrat fits a midrange build

Any reasons why not? Just asking cannot see the reason why not to play her in any kind of build...;) she is more agrro type but... She is pretty cool here as well...;)

I like it, but id consider  {Rakdos's Return} mainboard, card advantage is such a huge thing.

I agree but with all the agrro decks nowadays it is not really mainboard card... It is fantastic against Midrange or control decks...;) but in my meta mostly people in turn 3-5 have nothing on hand...:(

I considered that one...;) and maybe I will put one there.. Will have to playtest it more..:)
