If I have the sorin vs tibalt version, can I use it in standard tournaments?  {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad}

You can use Sorin, yes.

In the deck itself, there are some standard cards in it, but also reprints from older cards no longer legal in standard.

One of the packs at my lgs had two foil sorin's and no tibbalt. Lol
One of the people there bought it before I could.
