Title: Is this based off of honor system?

What sets are currently legal. I know m13 is and gatecrash are. I don't want to have to keep updating my cards!

If you're referring to standard, the current legal sets are:
Innistrad
Dark Ascension
Avacyn Restored
M13
Return to Ravnica
GateCrash

Dragon's Maze will be added to this list once it is released, same with M14. Nothing is removed from the list until the release of Theros in October.

As for the honor system, yes, wall games are an honesty-based thing. But note that lying is against iMtG law, and besides that, there's no point in playing a wall game if you're going to cheat.

Not saying I would just was wondering. I'd love to be able to play magic on my iPod without my deck.

Looks like whoever said it was a roman themed set was correct. The illustration I found kinda reminds me of Zeus

You can go on the wizards standard website and it'll tell you
