Nope, should I take that as an insult?

It's more along the lines of figuring out which cards would then become good suggestions. Such as using  {Bonfire of the Damned} or maybe some  {Boros Reckoner}

Is this budget?

That's the beauty of RDW decks: competitive and still not super expensive.  Who needs shocklands?? :P

 {Stromkirk Noble} is a great card to play just because he is a one drop that grows, and being unblockable by humans isn't to bad either :). Also I might drop some of the mortors or muggings for something like {skull crack}, just because it helps keep them where you want them :)

I only asked because i didnt want to be rude by recommending high dollar cards like   {Boros Reckoner},  {Thundermaw Hellkite}, and like splashing white for  {Boros Charm}

Well thundermaw is a high drop, and I had boros reckoner in here but it just seemed unneccesary

Have you considered adding  {Legion Loyalist}? He's a beast for a one drop, if you could manage to keep him around til you drop a {hellrider}.

I haven't taken it to fnm yet, but I'd say it wins 3/4 of the casual games I've played
