I like this!! Though I enough as some utility land of some kind not sure which ones yet!!!!
Yeah I don't have many non- basic white lands.
I recommend getting {Emeria, the Sky Ruin} and maybe get {Reya Dawnbringer}. Other than that nice list.
Only things I can recommend are
1) nonbasic lands for sure! {Emeria the Sky Ruin} for sure, and some utilities like {Daru Encampment} since you have so many soldiers.
And 2) more creatures! With a commander like Odric who needs a multitude of creatures, only 18 creatures in the deck and a few token spells feels a bit light. I recommend adding more dudes ({Crusader of Odric}, {Blazing Archon}, {Archon of Justice}, and {Luminate Primordial} are all examples if good white creatures), or spells that make dudes ({Martial Coup}, {Nomad's Assembly}, {Conquerer's Pledge}, {Elspeth, Knight-Errant}), or better yet, dudes that make dudes! ({Benalish Commander})
You might be able to tell I have an all soldier deck :P If you go gung-go with soldiers like I did, there are lots of tribal cards to help give soldiers an extra boost on top, from {Veteran Swordsmith}/{Veteran Armorsmith} to {Coat of Arms}.
Odric looks like a beast with an army behind him! More creatures for sure. {Thalia, Guardian of Thraben} {Preeminent Captain} {Champion of the Parish} there are so many good soldiers its hard to pick your favorite.
Also, don't forget! Soldiers love equipment!
