I dont think i understand what is exactly happening in this deck?

Well ramp and draw into the combo, which is Kiki copies an untap outlet, which untaps Kiki.  Repeat for infinite creatures.  The wincon is get Blasting Station out and sacrifice the untap outlet after it untaps Kiki.

No some of the cards vital to the combo aren't printed in modern specifications.

This is modern Kiki pod legacy style lol

You could put in  {Deceiver Exarch} for an in needle able untapped effect
