I run vamps, and i have taken out the {bloodcrazed neonate}. I would replace her with somthing else, cause of her must attack clause. Try a {child of the night}
Just my thoughts?

If you do keep in {blood-crazed neonate} (i highly suggest you do) you should try adding more low-cost destroy particularly {tribute to hunger} because it bypasses both indestructable and protection from black on creatures, {sorin's thirst} or {dead weight}. Another possibilty is adding {curse of the stalked prey} or {stormkirk captain} to make neonate work faster, and strengthen any other attack. Don't just drop it because it needs to attack every turn, it will work well by itself b/c it will get out there fast, and if you have the ability to get rid of its opposition, it can be a very powerful card.

All in all a good deck, but maybe that's just me ;)

Edit: just noticed you already have {stormkirk captain}, srry.

If it gonna replace neonate try{erdwal ripper} same effects except 3 mana hate and don't have to attack every turn

I'll think on that one, seems like a decent idea. Also, considering replacing {Volt Charge} with {Tragic Slip}. Thoughts?

NO {volt charge} proliferates which helps a ton with most of the vampires in here

Okay, I think you're right on the {Volt Charge}, but the land thing has never been a problem, besides, I need those spots for more Vamps
