Any suggestions to make this better
If you have played this deck, how many times have you been able to get Phage out and it actually be effective?
She is darn expensive and has a pretty lethal reprimand if you can't play her right.
The other thing to consider is if you are trying to run zombie tokens / pull zombie creatures from the graveyard / control and direct damage.
To me it seems a bit split over a few directions. (I have a few decks like that I'm currently trying to rework)
If you go the discard and pull from graveyard way, (which would work well for you) possibly look towards instants and sorcery cards that also allow you to draw and discard cards. Also if you go that way I'd drop both the phage cards and include a {sheoldred, whispering one}.
Also possibly look for cards that you can pull stuff straight from the graveyard to the battlefield (in addition to liliana's ability)
