Here's some advice:

-1 Gyre Sage
-4 Arbor Elf
-4 Young Wolf
-4 Silverheart
-1 Domri
-1 Garruk
-1 Slaughterhorn

Move the Searing Spears mainboard (+4 Searing Spear), add
+4 {Ghor-Clan Rampager}
+4 {Stromkirk Noble}
+4 {Rakdos Cackler}

And 4 {Pillar of Flame} in the sideboard to replace the Spears.

Here's why:

Your Aggro looks like it would take too long to kill your opponents in the current standard. With the plethora of Mid-Range decks out there, your deck needs to get them from 20 to 0 as fast as possible, before they stabilize. The burn spells will win you a lot more games than the planeswalkers. Your curve will be lower (The Bloodrush also helps quite a bit), and the deck shouldn't be as vulnerable to removal. If you are having trouble with anything in particular, let me know and I'd be happy to help out.

Edit: I would also recommend you drop the other three Slaughterhorns for three {Hellrider}.

Also  {Rakdos Cackler} and then  {Thundermaw Hellkite} as a finisher.
