It would more productive to leave comments. What's the point of rating a deck poorly and not offering some sort of feedback on how to improve it? I think adding deck ratings would be waste of time.

Not a horrible idea, but we've seen people blow up and get upset about their karma. It's pretty touchy to some people. If we have a rating system for decks, people would get discouraged if their deckhetd a bad rating (namely newer players) and the last thing I want to see is discouraging players, especially newer ones. Saying "great list" or similar compliments is just as good as giving the deck +1, in my opinion

Like or dislike is very unproductive and folks tend to get a bit butt hurt here when it comes to folks rating their creativity.
