Any reason for mainboard  {Grapeshot}? You only need spellbomb to win.

{Reshape} is desperately needed, not running it makes the combo less consistant, especially since there are no fetches to increase the chance of recurring land drops.

I get your point, I'll add some  {Reshape}s for the  {Grapeshot}, lands are so expensive now though

Yeah, and you don't really need them like you do the  {Reshape}

Something from this is going to get banned...

It's not very fun to play against, and takes obnoxiously long when piloted by someone new to the deck.

Soo I don't see this combo...

Can someone explain how it works? I tried an Eggs deck out on Cockatrice in the car yesterday and only could get pyrite spellbomb to do 4-6 damage. (Probably because I could only seem to get 1 lotus bloom out at a time)

The idea of the deck is to play a bunch of eggs ({Chromatic Sphere}, etc.), as well as {Lotus Bloom} (which can be cheated out with reshape). You proceed to crack the eggs for whatever color you want (it usually doesn't matter), draw cards from the eggs, sac the bloom(s) for white, and cast  {Second Sunrise} or  {Faith's Reward} to start that process all over again.

{Ghost Quarter} and fetches are used to either destroy your own land to get another basic or fetch another land, since they will be returned to play from sunrise/reward, netting you more mana to play with.

{Conjurer's Bauble} is used to put sunrise and reward back into your library to give you the best chance to keep drawing them as you go off. You win with  {Pyrite Spellbomb} by drawing your whole deck, then sacing the spellbomb, and using  {Conjurer's Bauble} to put it on the bottom of your library (which is really the top) and drawing it, so you can play it again, sac it, and repeat the process. When you run out of bauble's, just cast another sunrise/reward to get them back, and generate more mana. You can also use other cards like {Grapeshot} or  {Laboratory Maniac} to win as well.

{Twincast} is better than {silence}
Silence is better against the mirror. And you really can't say that it is better since their jobs in the deck are completely different. Silence is stronger against decks while twincast is more for getting more advantage to help combo off.

Yay. Someone who gets modern. Eggs more specifically. I have high respect for you.

I should hope the mirror isnt something you have to mainboard against.
Other than that they serve the same primary purpose...protect combo. Sure {silence} can be turned on enemy combos however that isnt the primary bulk of modern meta especially with {seething song} gone.
I say {twincast} is better because it protects combo by copying counterspells or simply your own spells to push them through the counter, but ha greater applications beyond that. First off copying your own spells means that a single {faith's reward} or {second sunrise} becomes two and lets you drive deeper into your deck to help smooth out that dreaded first crack where youre often shooting blind for a second copy of those spells to keep the combo going. (For those who dont know this combo is mostly off of artifact tap abilities that can be used after the twincastes copy resolves but before the original resolves). That I feel is awesome and provides what I felt was missing in Cifka's build. What I really like about {twincast} effects is that you can totally ruin someone's day by copying their awesome or super relevant spells. For example they {lighting helix} you end of turn, you copy it and take out their planeswalker or {dark confidant}. Or they {inquisition of kozilek} and you copy it and check if the coast is clear for next turn combo. The applications are nearly unlimited and more importantly REACTIVE instead of blindly casting {silence} in hopes it was relevant at that time.

There are more of us than you might think. 😉

P.s. I {reverberate}d a miracled {entreat the angels} once during testing with my teammate. I learned the power of {twincast} effects that day.

Fair points. Guess I should try it out more so for my own testing. My meta has been too filled with control decks for a greater part on the year, so silence was stronger in m opinion. Didn't think to copy a sunrise effect for ten instead of eight.

I know there are, but no on posts a lot of the time!

Thanks for proving me wrong ;)

It's definayely my fault for not taking enough time to post or when I do elaborate here in the modern section.
