I thought I typed the explanaition last night, but it must not have saved, so here it is:
 
The deck is centered around the concept of feeding everyones graveyard through milling and using
proliferate to beef up up {Jace, Memory Adept} and {Liliana Vess}.  After graveyards have been fed,
use Liliana to bring everything back under your control.  Backup plans for winning are just
straight milling or trying to get damage through discards via {Liliana's Caress}.
 
I would appreciate some feedback seeing as this was the first deck I've made in over a year. 
Any advice on what to add and remove to keep the same strategy would be awsome
