iMtG Server: Gathering

Battalion 60 cards, 0 sideboard 2 {Slayers' Stronghold} 9 {Mountain} 9 {Plains} 4 {Boros Guildgate} 24 lands 4 {Wojek Halberdiers} 3 {Spark Trooper} 4 {Frontline Medic} 4 {Odric, Master Tactician} 3 {Legion Loyalist} 4 {Boros Elite} 4 {Firemane Avenger} 26 creatures 2 {Boros Charm} 3 {Gather the Townsfolk} 1 {Pillar of Flame} 4 {Thatcher Revolt} 10 other spells Sideboard Notes: Trying to find a suuuper cheap deck for my cousin to play (he's 9). He doesn't really have much money, but I still want him to be able to win (atleast part of the time). Any suggestions for this deck, or other decks he could play?

Maybe 4  {Legion Loyalist} and 3  {Odric, Master Tactician} because  {Firemane Avenger} is already a good enough 4 drop but needs all the support for lower cost dudes like  {Legion Loyalist}

If he just needs a turn things sideways deck youre on the right track. If he understands a little more depth than that then orzhov combo ({Vizkopa Guildmage} + {Exquisite Blood}) with kill, draw, and extort can steal wins. Ill help with cards if youre interested in that.

If he likes turning things sideways and can keep up on triggers werewolves are very cheap if {Immerwolf} is used in place of  {Huntmaster of the Fells} and steals ton of wins with turn one {Reckless Waif} in a format with few T1 plays.

I'll ask him which he'd like better, this or Orzhov. And about the werewolves- I just tooo one apart, I could've given it to him :[
