Possibly! My only problem is {cyclonic rift} and {oblivion ring} would really screw me over, causing permanent creature exile.

How would that benefit the deck? Its good against spot removal but other than that, I don't see it being useful.

I made mein around creatures reentering the battlefield effects, I mean misthallow is good with oblivion ring and stuff but... Meh
