Title: Gemini engine's twin
Post by: M07HMAN on March 20, 2013, 04:07:03 AM
Does the duplicate created when {Gemini engine} attacks gain the bonus from +1/+1 counters on the original card when it attacks? I have it as part of a modular deck and was curious if the twin would be affected by modular counters accumulated on the original card.

It's power/toughness will be affected by the +1/+1 counters. Whatever the Engine's power/toughness is when it comes into play (including increases or decreases) is what the twin's power/toughness will be. Once it's on the field, however, its p/t is no longer changed by the Engine's.

Thank you, that's how I have been playing it but I just wanted to pick the brains of the casting community to make sure.
